JEWLは第二次大戦後日本から渡米し、南カルフォルニアで会社経営や自営業をしている女性七人が集まって知識の共有と親睦を目的として1985年に結成され、1991年にNPOの認可を取得しました。 JEWLでは2007年12月、Bridge of Hope / 日系アメリカ人の辿った道を日英両語で一冊にまとめ、出版しました。

Japanese Executive Women's League　　

In 1985, seven Japanese businesswomen in Southern California decided to form a group to help their businesses prosper. The founders of JEWL each arrived in southern California after the World War II. Their business networking group was designed to share information and give each other mutual support. In 1991, JEWL became a non-profit organization. In December 2007, JEWL published a book , Bridge of Hope/ The Road traveled by Japanese- Americans.
